At this years edition of Bucht der Träumer my dear buddy Vittjas Tief and me had the honour to play on saturday at Porto Loco from 20.30h to 23.00h, right into the sunset...and what marvellous time we had.
The l'acoustics speakers delivered all the audio power imaginable, while the sun was setting, the forest in the front, the lake in our backs and you ravers made it complete with giving so much of your (dancing) energy. Under that outstanding circumstances we played one of our best sets ever, no doubt.
We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! 
Keep the rave alive in all its colors, for all its powers!

ANOTHER CHANCE II Continuous Mix by Maurice Mino

Matthias Miesorski alias MIESO wurde 1991 in der Nähe von Rostock geboren, wuchs dort auf und studierte auch in Rostock. Vor zwei Jahren zog er aus beruflichen Gründen nach Lübeck. Jedoch zieht es ihn immer wieder zu seinen Wurzeln zurück.

Matthias hat nicht nur einen wunderschönen Podcast für uns zusammengestellt, sondern auch Rede und Antwort gestanden.

1. Was verbindest du mit Musik im Allgemeinen?
Schon in meiner frühesten Kindheit lernte ich das Spielen eines Instruments und war in einer Musikschule. Mein Vater hatte mich zur Musik gebracht, da er selber als Gitarrenbauer und Musiker seit über 40 Jahren aktiv ist. Die Musik begleitet mich schon mein ganzes Leben und gibt mir sehr viel halt. Ich kann durch die Musik vieles vergessen, gerade den Stress, der heutzutage auf uns allen lastet. 

2. Wie bist du zur elektronischen Musik gekommen?
Das war im Jahr 2011 als ich zum ersten Mal feiern ging. Das war damals im Schuetzenhouse Marlow, wo heutige Größen wie Nico Pusch und Carlo Ruetz spielten. Hier wurden sehr viel Techno, Minimal Techno, aber auch sanftere Klänge gespielt, die mich nachhaltig prägten und meine Anfangszeit als DJ bestimmten.

3. Und wie bist du dann zum Auflegen gekommen?
2011 fing ich auch  mit dem Auflegen an. Ein damaliger Freund zeigte mir ein DJ-Programm, was ich mir sofort runtergeladen habe. Nach und nach kaufte ich mir meinen ersten Controller dazu und übte die ersten Übergänge. Zwei Jahre später kamen auch schon die ersten Auftritte.

4. Gehörst du einem Kollektiv an?
Ja. Ich gehöre dem Label Vögel(n) mit Freunden an, dass hier aus unserer Heimat stammt. Hier bin ich schon seit über drei Jahren ein Teil der Familie. Des Weiteren gehöre ich noch dem Berliner Kollektiv DCMB an. Selber habe ich in Rostock eine Partyreihe namens Tanzkombinat gegründet und betreibe aktuell die gleichnamige Podcast-Seite auf SoundCloud.

5. Wie würdest du deinen Sound beschreiben?
Ich würde mich selber als einen melodisch technoiden DJ bezeichnen. Meine Sets sind sehr klangvoll aufgebaut und zudem sehr treibend. Das mag ich sehr, denn man kann sich in diese Musik fallen lassen und gefühlt auf eine träumerische Reise gehen. Daher ist mir der Melodic Techno sehr zugewandt. Ab und zu finde ich aber die Sounds aus dem Progressive House auch sehr schön, denn die gehen auch sehr gut nach vorne. 

6. Wie geht es dir mit dieser clubfreien Zeit?
Eher ernüchternd. Ich wäre gerne in den Clubs unterwegs und möchte gerne auflegen. Der Ausgleich zum Alltag fehlt mir sehr. Auch die Planung von Veranstaltungen mit meinen Jungs fehlt einem, aber ich hoffe, dass wir noch in diesem Jahr wieder losziehen können.
