Hela vintern har jag legat       C /  C

Mörkt och kallt har det väl varit  C / dmoll
men jag har ej illa farit.            G7/ C    

I min lök som du nog vet
har jag gömt en hemlighet.
Ful och oansenlig var jag
men på livets under bar jag.

Ner till mig i jordens hägn
trängde vårens sol och regn.
Skönt att dricka vår-regns-safter,
skönt att finna vår-sols-krafter.

Jag är lycklig, jag är stark,
borrar mig igenom mark,
tittar fram, och hokus-pokus
ser du vårens första krokus.

4. Anahata, the Heart Chakra
Where is it: Situated in the spine, behind the sternum, is anahata chakra.
What is it: The heart chakra is associated with love, openness, empathy and acceptance. On a physical level, this chakra is associated with the heart, lungs and circulatory system.
When it’s blocked: As you might guess, a blocked heart chakra might cause someone to feel closed off and distant to others. This can lead to feelings of loneliness.
How to balance this chakra: Forgive those who may have hurt you. A lot of blockages in this chakra are caused by holding onto past hurt, anger or grief. Letting go of these feelings can remove the blockages and allow the energy to flow more freely. Yoga is always there to help balance your chakras as well. For anahata focus on heart openers, especially camel pose.

Anglo/Swedish collective Hang Massive released new single 'Upon The Star' via Wise Dog Records on 11th November 2016 in the midst of a European tour promoting third album 'Distant Light'.

Both the new album and single feature the stunning vocals, songwriting & Hang composition of Veda (aka Victoria Grebezs) and lush electronica and production of Morgan Davenport.

Veda is a long-time collaborator with Hang Massive and one of the few female Hang artists in the world. She brings her powerful and melodic style of playing to the Hang Massive group, joining them on tour as a featured artist. Her music under the stage name Veda is a mystical fusion of ethereal vocals, dreamy lyrics, Hang and folk and she has just launched her new solo project.

The viral spread of Hang Massive’s first music video release, the hypnotic instrumental ‘Once Again’ (2011), generated many millions of views online and introduced many to an amazing new instrument, the hang drum. The band’s organically nurtured global fan base continues to grow.

Hang Massive founders, Danny Cudd and Markus Offbeat, met on the shores of Goa, India where they passed the winter months enjoying the enlivening and creative vibe that flourishes there. When not touring, their time is now split between their studio bases in Goa and Bristol.
