This has a distinct 80's vibe to it. Good lyrics, enigmatic vocals, solid instrumental.  I'd buy it.

It has been rising quite a while
It has been cooking for all the time
So slowly, nobody noticed at all
It just did not come to the mind

One's not exactly sure
Is it the morning after or is it the morning before

There's a distant roar in the background
One can hear children's laughter
It's an eerie mixture of voices
One can almost differentiate between the noises

One's not exactly sure...

But now there's a rattle at the door
The other one, the enemy closes in
It has been silent for a while
The lesson is to survive though it is such a sin
