Je me baladais au début septembre, en mode beau temps. Il y avait de nombreuses fenêtres ouvertes avec le rideau flap-flippant au vent, puis aussi de la musique qui sortait de ces fenêtres, et souvent le bruit de l’aspirateur, ou une lavette a la main. C’était l’heure du ménage de rentrée. 

Pour cette nouvelle saison de ma résidence de NEST 𓆇𓆇 sur LYL RADIO je souhaite intégrer et absorber dans la narration du mix la question des conditions d’écoute. A quel moment suis-je susceptible de vouloir entendre un set d’une heure? Et sur quels dispositifs d’écoutes a-t-il vocation a être joué ?

We feel excited and blessed to welcome Thy Truong on the Wave. Their artistic language evolves around the personal upbringing in intercultural settings where individual and collective memories help individuals to cope with their very own set of challenges. 
In this episode of Wavechannel, Thy Truong takes us on atonal excursions through organic nostalgia. Thy's understanding of music as a container of coping shapes a tangible language of reconciliation. In doing so, she creates an intimate setting where the curation of the everyday blurs and opens a space for questions, memory, and visions of individual and collective reality. 

A silhouette hints at itself in the flicker of frequencies. A line runs through textures of memory and fantasy that spin the yarn of tomorrow in the present. A glance in all directions nourishes the focus on the path behind your feet.
