A slow-burning trip through leftfield electronics, new beat, and dusty electro cuts. Started with Echoes by Jimi Bazzouka — a pseudonym project from Joakim on his vinyl-only imprint Crowdspacer — and The New Age by Vincent, an obscure gem from 1987 reissued by Music From Memory.

From there, it weaves through mid-tempo grooves and machine funk via some of the most consistent independent labels: Pinkman out of Rotterdam, Rush Hour Amsterdam, Munich’s Public Possession, and Beats In Space from NYC.

Loose, analog, a bit weird in the right ways.
