We wanted to collaborate for a while, Sean (Swounds) plays these beautiful chords that I wasn't entirely sure could coincide a black metal song. He was fiddling around and I played over him, the song just flowed together. Time was the enemy, my setup was an iPod running Ampkit Peavy Valveking using my 7-string LTD M-17 and Sean used a Fender Blue Electric Acoustic Guitar. We recorded everything on my phone and leveled on REAPER. Vocals were done the same way and drum tracks were written later on using Acoustica Beatcraft.

A song I wrote about the My Lai Massacre, a United States war crime where on 16 March 1968, unarmed civilians were victims of mass murder at the hands of the U.S. Army.

An order given to burn their homes, kill the livestock, befoul their wells, kill many, and kill them all

Without warning, bullets fly, lit prayers fall, families cry
Execution, exit wounds escape the eyes
There's no resolve as all the villagers are suspected
enemies of the state, coerced to carve their graves

Few survived to tell of the monstrous mouth of hell that swallowed their village whole
Investigations would soon reveal that higher commanders had concealed the full truth of their unrelenting atrocities

Unknowing apostates charging in hordes
Lifeless mothers shielding children from their unholy scorn

Where Dragons Wept I: Thảm Sát Sơn Mỹ (Demo 2025)

Recorded in December of 2013, released 2014.
This track is about murdering someone who refuses to die, the frustration concludes itself at the end of the song.
