Ребятки, миксы я пишу нечасто, но пластинок накопилось столько, что пора делиться.
Запускаю серию «Андеграунд-балдёж».

В основном это будет про хаус — грувовый, мелодичный, иногда сырой и минималистичный, иногда душевный. Не ретро, а фундамент. Играю с винила (если только не промки от друзей), без строгих рамок — так что будут и стилистические повороты, по настроению.

Первый выпуск получился в предвкушающем лето настроении. Надеюсь, вы тоже это почувствуете: Nick Holder, Roger Sanchez, Tim Harper, MAW, Victor Romero и другие.

Hey folks! I don’t record mixes that often, but my vinyl stack has grown so massive it's practically bursting – time to share!
Launching the "Andergraund Baldej" series.

It'll mostly focus on house – groovy, melodic, sometimes raw and minimal, sometimes soulful. Think foundation, not nostalgia. I play everything off vinyl (unless it's promos from friends), with no strict rules – so expect stylistic twists and turns, guided purely by the vibe.

This first edition came out in a proper summer-anticipating mood. Hope you feel it too: Nick Holder, Roger Sanchez, Tim Harper, MAW, Victor Romero, and others.

About cover picture:
Grace Jones is a Jamaican-born singer, model and actress, known for her androgynous looks and her outrageous behaviour. She was very much part of the New York art and social scene in the 1980s. For this photograph (taken by  Robert Mapplethorpe) her body has been painted by the New York graffiti artist, Keith Haring (1958-1990) with his characteristic pictograms and decorations. She is also wearing an exotic headdress and a conical wire bra, so that she looks like a voodoo doll or an aboriginal dancer.
