Original Jungle Sound

Dub techno is sometimes produced with vocals resulting in surprinsingly good results more than often. I ve selected 25 tracks which features vocalists (and some vocal samples) like Paul St-Hilaire and Benji. This is slowly meandering spacedub with deep, peaceful and dreamy lush ambient pads and dubby basslines. Though the old Rhythm & Sound influence is still clear—especially on the track Child was I—but what these producers are making truly feels fresh.

Love over Entropy - To Quietly Sit Where Everything Is Moving Fast (Continuous mix)

Squeezed in 4 h 33 minutes, I put together 60 tracks ranging from 109 BPM to 142 BPM as best as I could, giving the nature of those differents styles, from ambient to IDM, techno & trance from the 1990’s. With different time signatures and arrangements and melodies, not to mention different eras, it was a challenging exercise. As much from the chillout rooms to IDM from early releases on Warp and Rephlex through late 1990’s progressive house choons like Chimera – Natural high (From Nick Warren’s GU) to BT’s Fibonacci sequence and early 90’s techno anthem Dance 2 trance. We hope you enjoy the ride!!!!
