At the heart of Yard One is London’s Jordan Bruce, founder of Tact Recordings, and Manchester’s Larry Jones. The duo have released a string of material via Jordan’s imprint and the pair’s debut L.P ‘When Elements Collide’ on Tact Recordings in 2015.

Since the inception of Yard One the pair have remixed dutch duo Esther Duijn & Steady Douglas (Feelharmonic / Housewax) and seen support from a broad spectrum of leading names in the electronic music industry such as A Sagittariun, M50, J.Tijn, Tazz, Hackman and Mr.G, as well as receiving recognition for their work from electronic aficionados such as XLR8R, DJ Mag and BBC 6 Music.

Residents of Bespoke Musik, the New York-based event collective and upcoming record label, the artistic collaboration between Corey & Ryan Negrin and their longtime friend, Sal Nastasi, has been many years in the making... the three grew up in the same town in New York. Following his own successful foray into music as a rock band vocalist over the last 15 years, Nastasi reconnected with the brothers and the foundation for what has become Wild Dark was laid. We're very happy to share with you a snippet of tunes from our 5-hour set on the beach at Maxa Camp!  It was just wonderful to spend the day on our favorite beach playing music to such a fantastic crowd.  We journeyed gradually from old funk, reggae, and Brazilian songs to the deeper dancey vibe you'll hear in this mix.  The day ended dramatically, with a surprise rainstorm, mini party in the DJ booth, and a giant rainbow to top it all off!  Huge thanks to the folks at Maxa for welcoming us <3

Taking influences from his various homes the producer and trained sound engineer branched out into various genres. Through ten years-long musical journey Nu then found his true calling: instrumentals amalgamated with his electronic production all held together through solid rhythms.
