Mechanical actions might be seen as the reunion between force and time. With linear time out of the equation, force would stand alone, floating in her own field, her space for eternity. 

Now let's take a body, one single, rigid, solid, human body. With force acting alone like a steamroller, the body would be subjected to a great amount of distortions, its soul and memories transforming into a strange mixture dilated in cyclic never-ending times. Frightening isn’t it ? No beginning nor end, no order, no evolution, only the manifestations of surprise and creation. 

Reminds you a dream ? Well, think about the body. It's a nightmare now.

In one cult Slovenian youth film, a proverb can be heard that encapsulates the essence and permeates through our collective DNA like none other: ‘Dobra volja je najbolja, to si piši za uho’, which roughly translates to ‘goodwill is the best, write this behind your ear’.

Thus Behind The Ear, a series dedicated to unlimited musical exploration and other kinds of wisdom that its contributors have written behind their ears throughout the years. 

First such reflection is sourced by our good friend 751, one of the founders of Onda, a restaurant and a HiFi listening bar that just recently opened its doors in Den Haag. This podcast serves both as an audio invitation as well as one of many sonic signatures that belong to the new place.
