You were crying in the Astronomy Tower alone. You couldn't stand to sit in the common room with Harry, Hermione, and Ron asking you what was wrong anymore, you just needed to be alone. 
 So you were. And your thoughts were suffocating. But the worst part was it all surrounded one person. Draco Malfoy. He always took up the space in your mind. Your grades were falling and your friends were leaving. No one knew what was going on with you. Why you were shutting everyone out and leaving class to Madam Pomfrey because "your head hurt" You only wanted to tell one person, to scream it at them. Draco. But you knew that wasn't right, it wouldn't work. He was a pure slytherin, Unlike you, and filthy muddy Gryfindor. You hated yourself in that moment. Stronger than ever. 
 A thought rose then. "jump" your conscious whispered, and you shook your head, though still standing up. "go to the edge, just take a look" a thought whispered, so you did weakly. your hands on the edge of the cold stone. Your knees began to tremble as you looked down.

"Y/N STOP!!" Someone screamed, and you felt an immense pressure to jump now, leave this fucking place and never see it again. So you pulled yourself onto the ledge, your mind shutting off until you felt someone tear you from the ledge, their arms around your waist pulling you to the ground. You open your eyes and see him, Draco, looking horrified at you. his eyes welled with tears as yours were already spilling. "W-What the hell are you doing?!" he cried, pinning you to the ground though you were too weak to move. "You started hysterically sobbing, and Draco pulled you into an embrace, letting out a small cry. He sniffed pulling back to look at you. "y/k I'm so so fucking sorry, I-I snuck into your common room to find you, and Harry said you were usually up here s-so I came here and you- you were about to jump?!" He said, the end in a broken whisper. "I can't lose you, I can't live without you. and I'm sorry it took me so long to tell you okay? But I'm here now and I really hope thats enough." He said, and you just stared then without another hesitation, you kissed him.
