HOW TO ACHIEVE LUCID DREAMING:
1- When in bed, put on this music on your earphones and close your eyes
2- Repeat a simple mantra like "I know I will be dreaming"
3- Breathe deep and focus on the mantra
4- While dreaming, look for reality checks: check the time on your phone or on a clock, you will realize it will change continually. This is a sign you're lucid dreaming
5- Keep a dream journal that you update first thing in the morning.

Návod na použití:
Soubor s název: Hemi-Sync - 4Hz, si nejdříve uložte do svého počítače a po té například do svého MP3 přehrávače (nejlepší metoda využití). Důrazně vás upozorňuji, že tento zvukový soubor, by se neměl přehrávat a používat s pomocí vašeho mobilního telefonu. Další podmínkou by mělo být přehrávání tohoto zvukového souboru pomocí stereo sluchátek.
Před tím, nežli se rozhodnete si tento zvukový soubor pustit, je potřeba si vypnout svůj mobilní telefon a zajistit si klid a soukromí ve svém bytě.
Pohodlně se položte na své lůžko, nasaďte si sluchátka a zkontrolujte hlasitost vašeho MP3 přehrávače. Z vlastní zkušenosti doporučuji, aby hlasitost byla co nejvíce snesitelná a nepůsobila vám žádné větší obtíže. Během začátku přehrávání, se snažte především co nejvíce soustředit na svůj dech. Snažte se dýchat v pravidelných intervalech. Dechová frekvence, by měla být klíčem k zdárnému pokračování. Nikam prosím nespěchejte. Je potřeba, co nejvíce vnímat své tělo a svoji mysl. Snažte se co nejvíce uvolnit. Zbavte se možnosti „přemýšlení“, o problémech nebo situacích, které vás momentálně trápí. Zapomeňte na ně prosím. Smyslem této relaxace, by mělo být celkové uvolnění organismu. Doba, za kterou bude vaše mysl schopná se „napojit“ na vyšší realitu, je zcela individuální. Za žádných okolností tu neexistuje přesný časový rámec, kdy bude vaše mysl schopna se „připojit“ na vyšší informační kanál. Vše je založeno zcela na individuálním přístupu. Délka této zvukové ukázky je 30min., a je možné ji využívat bez časového omezení. Přátelé, jsem přesvědčený, že za určitých okolností, je každá lidská bytost schopná nahlédnout do vyšších sfér a světů, kde může objevovat zajímavé zkušenosti a zážitky.
