Relaxing mellowness.  Found this one in the vault.  It's just another version of the other pb and j but it seems a little bit crunchier, slower, and longer.

I'm just trying to eat a sandwich.  A P B and J.  There's a dude trying to talk to me and distract me from eating the sandwich.  It is a good sandwich.  The jelly is strawberry jelly that I made last August when there was an abundance of strawberries.  It was an interesting strawberry varietal, related to a Tri-Star.  I recall having a lot of coupons for pectin.  I had a variety of Mason jars made by a variety of manufacturers and I wondered more than once about the manufacturing of these types of jars and found it curious that the market for them was ample enough to (apparently) support these many manufacturers and those in their employ.  The peanut butter is a chunkier-than-it-is-smooth-blend of peanut butter that I made myself out of organic peanuts (roasted over a wood fire in a cast iron cauldron), organic peanut oil (self-pressed... don't ask) and coarse sea salt (imported from a clean part of the ocean, the location of which I'll not reveal just now) in a hand-powered blender.  The bread is an organic sourdough made with a starter that has been kept alive for at least 7 years.  My neighbor of 7 years (and proud parent of this sourdough starter) baked it just yesterday and she is really pretty even though this fact (that she is pretty)  has little to do with the quality of the bread and you should know that I am, in matters of baking, an impartial though ruthless judge.
