i have been working on this project for almost 1.5 years now and i'm so happy to finally share it with you. 
i am also so very thankful for all the support and love i've received up until now and it's been the main thing keeping me motivated.
i am not one of many words so i will let the music speak for itself but i do wanna show my appreciation for all the people who have helped me get here.

honestly had so much fun with this. really took me back to where a lot of my love for ambient music came from, Eno's music for airports. for the 1975's headliner at glasto this year, I decided to put this out as celebration. <3

RHS Mare’s Black Butterfly is a two-sided EP about transformation. Side A snaps the auto-tune off and lets the pen cut: chest-out delivery, drum-heavy beats, razor detail. Side B spreads its wings with melodic hooks and spacey textures, pain polished into glow. A black butterfly symbolizes change through darkness rare, resilient, and still in motion and that’s the arc of this project.

Black Butterfly is RHS Mare’s statement of growth, an EP split into two clear worlds.
This is Side B (Flight) airy synths, late-night guitars, and moonlit 808s carrying melodies that turn scars into sing-along moments. It’s confessional but luminous, built for windows-down rides at 2 a.m. thinking.
