Born December 16, 1988 .. Xplizt is a female emcee hailing from Waterbury, CT. Coming up in a hostile and urban environment, Xplizt coped with loss, violence and so on with music. Starting to write poems and short stories at the early age of 9, it progressed into lyrics and Xplizt began her venture into the underground music scene. Freestyling on the corners of downtown Waterbury, people soon recognized she had a natural knack for punchlines & metaphors. Recently, Xplizt has dropped her first EP " Word Vomit " along side her partner, Freeze, on their self established label Mercy Counts Records. Xplizt has quickly become a national touring act with some very developed and recognized artists. She is currently working on MANY projects, including an EP with Freeze, features on CT hip-hop group UFO debut album, a solo album and so on. Xplizt is proud to be recognized as a female emcee whom can stand toe to toe with any male emcee in the game.
