ridiculous quality for being a 21 year old plate

How many hours sleep do you get a night? I probably get about 3 hours and then the rest is made up of YouTube rabbit holes! Sicknote has been busy over the last couple of years after setting up Disc World with none60 affiliate Dexta but thankfully he found some time to make "No Sleep" and "Self Destruct" for none60!

"No Sleep" is one of the most industrial pieces of music on our label so far, the eerie atmospherics and overdriven bass notes twist throughout the track and combine with the sparse drums, watch out for those stabs on the breakdown! Definitely one for the small hours!

"Self Destruct" takes a more relaxed approach but is just as impactful! Hypnotic pads, intricate breaks and an incredible rolling bassline all blend together perfectly to act as the perfect foil to "No Sleep"

Do try and get a good 8 hours sleep if you can...

Please check the audio file: it has short snippets of several DNB tunes by an artist you haven't heard much about but who, imho, needs to be heard.
Basically he makes some wicked, different DNB which I'd like to release. He's not much of an online type (he's a studio hermit!), and I feel he could use some words of encouragement about his stuff, so IF YOU LIKE this type of sound, do leave a comment here or on Soundcloud, and I'll let the artist know!

I want to get his EP out.

Aaron Payne follows with ‘This Ain’t Happening’. Snappy drums and pulsating ambient sounds carry us into Aaron’s world of twisting bass and sci-fi glitches. Seasoned with a smattering of house style soul vocal samples that lift the track into the next dimension. It’s alive!

‘Myth of Myself’ from Istoria brings deep meditative vibes from the outset. Tight drums and smooth bass are the perfect backdrop for Istoria to weave his dark magic into. Spellbinding!

Lastly we have ‘Aura’ courtesy of Hobzee & Uneven. Rolling drums lead us into a late night jazzed out expedition with weighty bass, trumpet samples and croaky voiced jazz guy samples to seal the deal. Deep vibrations!
