There’s nothing like the live music experience - it will always bring you back to a special place and time. With this live EP, XP is capturing the magic of another electric night in Harlem. Two distinctly different singles showcase the incredible versatility the band is capable of. “Drama” the lead single, is a pop and R&B fusion record that tells the tale of a player in love with too many women. The B-side, “James Brown” is an energetic funk and rock jam packed full of hip-hop energy.  The Xpresidents are craftsmen at bridging the gap between genres & eras and this project is no different.

Love knows no language. XPRESIDENTS is pushing the envelope once again with a Latin inspired track. The soaring track features the big sound we’ve come to love from XPRESIDENTS, then it transforms into a salsa meringue party in the back half.

Produced written mixed and mastered by the band, this track is a good sign of what’s to come from the dynamic band.

Warning

A rapper, a rock guitar player, a gospel player, and a rhythm section that can handle all of it walk into a bar...There have been a lot of bands that are basically rock bands with a rapper, but none have integrated the neo-soul and gospel sound into their music. There have also been many bands that have that soul vibe that lack the energy and aggressiveness the rock guitar brings. "Genre-defying band that combines elements of hip hop, hard rock, neo soul, funk, and gospel" sounds impressive, but it doesn't help you on stage. Joe Perry once said "Let the music do the talking", and if you want to get to know us, listen to the songs.
