The Express Yourself Music Project is a collaboration between Kingston and Richmond borough's early help intervention children's service social enterprise company AFC, and indie Uk record label USG Entertainment company director and recording Artist "Squingy." 

Express Yourself vol.3 is a 12 track mixtape created by young people who our open to AFC Specialist service YRS 
(Youth Resilience  service). This music project was set up as a way for young people to express there feeling and emotions and to also highlight  what life is like for them growing up and the problems they face, through musical art form lyric writing and recording using the hip-hop / rap genre of music creation.
