The downside to cryogenic sleep is that while you are [asleep] the brain is dormant, defenseless and especially vulnerable to psychic violence. 

In several documented cases , resuscitated crew were reported to come out of cryo-sleep with their minds utterly replaced by something that could only be described using crude metaphors.

In one documented encounter with these meta-beings , one member of a victimized deep space crew intentionally breached the hull of their ship, which effectively killed him and everyone on board. 

Dreams during cryogenic sleep are one of the early warning signs that you have been targeted for psychic violence and eventual invasion/psychic death.

In the unlikely event of a premature resuscitation, tight-beam the emergency binary signal (on the subspace frequency) to mission control and await instructions. If repairs to the cryostasis unit prove to be impossible, there are still secondary mission objectives. 
Secondary mission objectives are ''need to know'' information, access to which will only be presented in the event of an actual premature resuscitation. If resuscitation occurs when the ship is more than ten AU's from the nearest objective point , the mission will be a complete failure. The return-trip is only survivable if cryostasis can be achieved

What Follows is an Official Report of my latest examination of the Anomalous Audio Signal; which appears to be a deliberate signal/ansible feed sent from General Purpose Vehicle (GPV) -You're Sitting On It- 

-presumed lost.

We can ascertain from the recovered audio that GPV -You're Sitting On It- was somehow critically damaged mid-flight (shouldn't be physically possible, like getting hurt in a dream)
This event rendered the ship unable to engage in repairs , or any standard form of long range communication. 
  It is rumored in some tech circles, that its possible, in  a desperate last resort kind of wat, that a ship's Utility Smart Matter IS capable of taking the form of a psuedo-stable wormhole (aka Einstein-Rosen Bridge) which would be necessary to deploy [DATA EXPUNGED] which of course, are the most likely means by which our Field Agents were able to detect the [anomalous audio].

   -as any trace of the  incident would have been deleted from all memory or equivilant paranmemonics.  

brief description:

Ship's Quantum AI is apparently attempting to deliver a full damage report to 206 dead biological and  non-biological crew members. 

technical note:

GPV -Youre Sitting On it- is one of two detachable  USM (utility smart matter) habitation nacelles. 

USM is the industry standard metamaterial of our day.
This is why the dangerous Einstein-Rosen Bridge function was completely left out of the official design specifications for all USM GPV units , both public and private sectors.

The other USM nacelle integrated into the many-times-larger MH ("Mother Hen") system,

Xr-Tabs formed In late 2014. Merged into a group by the end of 2017. There were a lot of lineup changes within and since that time.
 Dustin t. Rooney sings on the majority of the songs which come across as post-punk live. 
  
A ''rotating cast''  tends to handle the bass and synth parts live , although Dustin did play the bass parts for most of 2015-2016.

The ambient materials are the original  turntable/sampler/loop pedal/4-track   shit that Dustin Rooney made alone whilst tolerating a bad living situation.  - BUT Xr-Tabs truly became a band when Dustin was eventually brought into the group setting to work in person.  Branching from post-punk and new wave, they began writing and recording lo-fi experimental pop which stylistically and rapidly evolves over time.
