Since Richie Hawtin played this track in his Boiler Room Set on Ibiza, many people have been asking about this Joyce Muniz collab. The track features fresh vocals by Bam (formerly known as MC Baby Bam) from the legendary 90ies hip-hop group The Jungle Bothers (Native Tongues/Zulu Nation). The beat is based around a sample from Kraftwerk's 'It's More Fun To Compute,' and for this version we've actually got full approval from Kraftwerk (yes - guess what). So we're happy to release it now. Hope you dig it too.

Berlin based enigma Claptone has just announced to the world that a new remix of Gregory Porter is coming out soon. The Grammy award winning Jazz vocalist is probably one of the coolest people walking the planet with his incredible presence and god given voice. Who else but Claptone could do this voice justice on the dance floor!?

It's Thursday and we're ready to throw it back. Instead of just sharing an old snapshot sourced from Mom's photo album, though, we decided to get clever and creative, which is why today's #TBT takes place on SoundCloud and not Instagram.

Nearly four years ago, LPH's Supreme Leader, Jacques Renault (not to be confused with LPH's President for Life, Nik Mercer) was slummin' it in Berlin for a month and started feeling a little homesick, so he linked up with Ryan Cavanagh, a.k.a. Slow Hands, from the Wolf + Lamb and Crew Love posses, who just so happened to be renting the room across the hall. ​Berlin being what it is, the boys were, respectively, subletting Seth Troxler's and Ryan Crosson​'s pads. And ​​​German TV being what it is, Jacques and Ryan found themselves watching the only English language program: a midnight airing of "Beverly Hills Cop." Remember that strip club scene? "Hey Philip, gimme kiss baby!" "Don't move! Turn over!" Gripping stuff. Well, some combination of seeing that, feeling far away from home and a little nostalgic, and an excess of döner kebabs in the gut inspired them to turn off the tube and move the party to the studio, where they cranked out this little gem, an edit of Vanity 6's "Nasty Girl," which plays in the background of that part of the flick. For reasons we'll never understand and that J. and R. have long since forgotten, they assumed the moniker Bill & Ted for the night. Probably could've just as well been Garth & Wayne or Tommy & Richard. Whatever the case, history was made right then and there in Kreuzberg, and now we're sharing it with you.

This much hyped RAYKO track gets a super cool 12″ split-release with the romantic newcomers The Glue on the flip. Believe the hype, this is a monster! Untz Untz unleash their third release, and this time its a shiny red love disc. 

First up is the spanish edit don RAYKO, known from releases on labels such as Eskimo, Kojak Giant Sounds, Lumberjacks In Hell… and of course his own Rare Wiri label. He is known for crunching out 2-3 great edits every week. This edit must really have struck a chord with the Untz Untz guys leading to them begging on their knees for it the same day it appeared on his Soundcloud. On his ‘Die For You’ edit he slaps on a old school disco bassline on top of the purple smurf that we all love. Resulting in taking him straight to the club peak-time, saturday night style. This is made for a dancefloor!

Amsterdam dwelling editor par excellence Em Vee took the solo reigns on the inaugural Lumberjacks In Hell - and truly excelled with a great reimagination of "Miss You". The second release on the label sees the German share duties with Spanish edit demon Rayko, with the Rare Wiri boss hogging the A Side. First up is an expert rearrangement of Candi Staton's cover of the Bee Gee's standard "Nights On Broadway" which strips the track of its orchestral leanings to focus on the groove! Following this is a meaty take on a classic, with Barbara Keith's cover of "All Along The Watchtower" reinforced with some bottom end bump. Em Vee spreads a special disco version of Alma Lee's late 70s Philly delight "Gimme Your Love" with an extended intro that fully displays his edit talents.
