That's just on the other side of La Ronde (I think the name has changed, was purchased by Six Flags maybe twenty years ago, and then by another since then, I'm not sure), an amusement park where they shoot firecrackers far up in the air, rockets actually. I wanted to make something that reminded me about my trip to Koh Phangan in 1999. I went there with my best friend and it was the best 6 weeks of my life. My friend convinced me to go and I was a bit nervous about leaving university and just go like that. We scraped together as much money as we could and lived on parties, friendship and funky cigarettes. In honor of my best friend Bernt.
