FSQ is a production team led by Chuck "Da Fonk" Fishman featuring contributions from Sa'D "The Hourchild" Ali, G Koop (part of George Clinton's production team), Chas Bronz (Bostonian and friend of Soul Clap Records) and One Era. The name is an acronym for "Funk Style Quality" - three elements that make up the core ethos of FSQ's sound.

About this mix: We are showing off the diversity of our sound - from punk funk new wave to deep boogie funk and then into traditional house music: our FSQ mix for Spin City highlights our NYC Downtown Disco 1980s inspired ethos of anything danceable can go up in the mix and that there should never be segregation of musical genres when we play. Rayko starts with an unforgettable one-hour and thirty-minute showcase of all his own edits produced over the years to the present day, from new, unreleased, and unshazamable nu-disco edits to Rare Wiri exclusives, a global first for the Slow Mo Lounge. 

South Africa's Kongisto plays the rest, serving newly released slow-mo, hidden gems and classic scorchers that have brought heat to dancefloors globally through the decades.

Based in the beautiful and vibrant city of Madrid, Spanish DJ and producer extraordinaire, Rayko, has been a leading light in the clubbing scene around Europe and beyond, since he founded his magnificent Rare Wiri label in 2008 where he has released some of the most notable names out like Daniele Baldelli, Prins Thomas, Hot Toddy, Man Parrish, Eric Duncan plus many others.  

Rayko's endless production catalogue is quite impressive, which includes releases on major labels like Midnight Riot, Editorial Records, Astrolead Recordings, Spicy US, Spa Club, Boite Music, Whiskey Disco, Get Down Edits, Nang, Eskimo, Is it Balearic? Edoardo Barbi or GLEDD is an Italian DJ, producer, and label head whose music fuses disco, funk, soul, afro and latin grooves into warm, organic house. With deep family roots in music - his grandfather was a jazz musician - GLEDD grew up surrounded by soul, rock, and electronic sounds that shaped his eclectic style. After spending several years in Mexico City, where he launched the Makonga party series, he returned to Europe, continuing to expand his global vision. He is the founder of Saint Wax, co-owner of Radio Mundo Records, and a curator of grooves that balances retro vibes with fresh energy. His releases include the soulful Behind a Cloud EP (2021), the gospel tinged Get Back EP (2024), and recent singles Idinga and No Fight for Us (2025). Known for his meticulous yet instinctive production, GLEDD blends acoustic instruments, vintage-inspired textures, and contemporary rhythms, always guided by a simple ethos: play what feels right. GLEDD is without question cementing a reputation as a boundary-pushing artist redefining modern house.
