I pen most of my lyrics to either silence or instrumental music. I find meditation music brilliant as it helps me reach that clear contemplative state where I can flow with or reject thoughts quite easily. The music also suits imagining a wide variance of metrics too.  Meditation music ordinarily lacks a defined or easily recognisable tempo so as the rhythm isn't a percussive distraction. This piece is built on a tempo of 22 bpm which should allow for a wide variety of imagined metrics and rhythms whilst listening to it. It's 8 minutes long so unlike the majority of contemplative tracks on Spotify which come in at the 1 to 2 min mark... this should be better suited to a more sustained and uninterrupted window for writing

I also want to develop these  as background music for the narrated tracks as that should deliver more emotion with those and hopefully hone my skills of painting particular moods better.

The Pic: The tree is a beauty. It's in the middle of an inaccessible field full of gorse behind my kids school and we can see it everyday driving up the avenue. Love that tree man 🎶
