On top of the sizzling bass/drum combo of pro rockers Jonny Trobro and Walter Kelleher, you'll be rewarded with one of this year's finest guitar solo performances from the burning fingers of Jerry Kramskoy.

Also, got to give it up to Italian prog metal unit DGM and their fantastic track "Reason", which inspired me to do this track.

Looking forward to re-master "Cut the Line" in the future with a real rock singer. If you know anyone who's willing and able, gimme a shout ;-)!

Cut the Line (feat. Jerry Kramskoy, Jonny Trobro & Walter Kelleher)

Its quite a bit out of sequence composition-wise, but that's because I was trying to do it from memory instead of by ear.  Though despite all of that it still sounds pretty good to me.  Hopefully the rest of the Buckethead faithful will feel the same way :)

Electric Tears (Buckethead Cover)

"Hung" was influenced by a recent Funk session I did. The riffing on this track uses a lot of complex stretch 5th chords as often used by Funk guitarists. I took the song away from Funk however and into more an abstract Hard Rock style. There are 3 distinct guitar hooks in this song and each one delivers a certian mood. I also put a very abstract EVH meets Vai meets Jeff Fiorentino guitar solo right down the middle of the whole thing, which is built around the song's main guitar hook and Bridge, however the Bass changes up a bit for the solo to give it a whole different feel than the rest of the track, at least for the first half of it anyway.

Enjoy the song, and CRANK IT UP!!! It's a happy tune, in a happy key, with only a slight mode change to Lydian in the verse and pre-solo to add some element of mood change. However, just because it's happy and up-beat, doesn't mean it doesn't ROCK!!.. Enjoy...

 This is a group of songs I've been working on at my home studio. None are really finished they are really works in progress.&#13;
I believe the guitar is one of the most beautiful instruments and try to fully express myself emotionally in all these pieces. I play my 98 Custom Shop Fender Stratocaster with Dimarzio pickups/ customized Floyd Rose whammy and other mods on most of these tracks.&#13;
 Other equipment I use is :&#13;

More recent bass parts I play with a Johnson 4 string run direct. Older works the bass parts were done on 6 string guitar octaved down to sound like a bass&#13;

Most recordings for this this year Drums are done by my friend Carlo Presti aka spiderdrum and played and recorded live at his home.&#13;
Most of the Artwork is created by my lovely wife "LJ"&#13;
I've played in many bands over the years.&#13;
Both in the studio and on the road.&#13;
( I did do 1 movie soundtrack in La many years ago and some session work) but for the last few I have mainly been concentrating on writing and recording guitar instrumental music. I took a very LONG break from the music business until recently.&#13;
I use multiple programs for recording/mastering,(only guitars) Such as Sonar 4 producer/ sonar x1 ,Audacity,adobe Soundbooth&#13;
My influences are: Joe Satriani, EVH, Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert, Buckethead, and any other innovating guitarist I've ever heard. I love all GUITARIST's :) and listen to ALL. &#13;
