We first caught wind of Yesca when we premiered his remix of Tōnis' 'All About' released on @paillerecords back in February. He likes to mix various styles with the intention of making his audience dance, be it house, garage, breaks or techno, but always with a lot of energy and an "oldschool" touch.

He is part of the label/collective https://soundcloud.com/y4collective, who have already marked their presence in the underground world with several successful releases and events. He will soon be launching a new label in the UK together with club-oriented Dan Be, you can hear some of the upcoming releases in this mix.

He's also part of @y4collective, a record label and collective working internationally with many talented artists, and his own projects @vhmnt.recs and the Risky Edits series, each of which has received heavy support in the scene.

Next up comes another face-smacker of a mix filled with techy riddims and acid slappers verging onto high tempo house selections, your sunburnt cheeks aint ready for this very special guest, Yesca. 

From Spain to Scotland, Yesca has landed in Glasgow to bring his production and mixing talents to the scene. Paired with Danbe, he co-owns the label Y4 collective who have just successfully thrown an underground house night at Broadcast as well as pushing releases on three VA compilations with DJs from both Spain and UK scenes. 

Yesca has also been featured on releases for Nervous Records, Slow Supermarket, TheBasement, Happiness Therapy and Eton Messy, with these tracks being played out by Disclosure, Adryiano, Fouk and Eliza Rose as well as featuring on Emerald’s Track ID playlist on Spotify.

He's provided us with one hell of a mix so crack open a tinny, get up from your sun lounger and blast this one out for the next hour x
