ニット、CHOO CHOO PANINI。
語りかけるような歌声、アコースティックな演奏、スイングするギターを聴いて想わ
ずオースティンで活動をするTOrchのシーラを思い出しましたが、CHOO CHOO PANINIは、
ドイツ、オランダなどヨーロッパで活動をしている1920年代後半にハーレムの黒人達
の間で生まれたスウィング・ミュージックと共に発展したリンディホップのスタイル
の楽曲を追求するバンド。よくスイングするリズムがこころ弾み、ナットキングコー
ル、ジョージ・シェアリングなどの楽曲をゴキゲンに演奏しています。オーガニック
なアコースティツク・スイングの魅力にハマッてしまう事は必至の注目の新人バンド
が登場。

Lindy Hopとは:
リンディホップは、1920年代と1930年代にハーレムで発明されたジャズ・ダンス。
創設者であるショーティ・ジョージとビッグベンが丁度リンドバーグが大西洋横断に
成功したニュースの見出しに「リンドバーグ（リンディ）大西洋を飛び越える（ホップ
ス）！」と書かれていたのをみたショーティが「リンディホップさ！」と答えたが最初だ
と言われています。
