After seeing alternate versions of himself lose all the tournaments they were a part of, Bill Cipher has decided to start his own tournament, purely out of spite, but without a physical body he couldn't have done this alone, luckily he eventually found someone who was willing to help him, so with the help of her new cohort madotsuki, Bill is ready to start causing chaos again, God be merciful
