This song was inspired by a scripture I was reading during my devotion time concerning the identity of Christ. (Luke 9:18-20) It just happened later that day during my regular exercise routine while I was playing music. The Song SAD! by Xxxtentacion came up and I was really moved by the melody, message and the story of the artist himself. I decided to give it a Christian spin and what better way than to use the very scripture I had studied that morning concerning the Messiah.  (Luke 9:20)

It is amazing where how randomly inspiration comes. I'm just glad that most of my inspiration comes directly from the word of God but also from many other artists.

I recently became a victim of a smash and grab outside my workplace. I am completely fine though. The only thing they took was my phone. And I am glad that it was just that. My God protected me yet again. I managed to open a case, call insurance, and make a sim swap because I lost all my numbers, messages, songs and so forth. This song is recount of this very event and a psalm of praise to God for protecting me. Other than that I am good because God is and will forever be good.

When you thriving for the Kingdom of God it will attract spiritual opposition and all kinds of challenges but we fear not! We soldier on! The Enemy can touch my belongings but my true treasure is God. My life is in His hands ... 🙌🏾🙏🏾😁
