Jumping onboard in a remix capacity is none other than Berlin-based up and coming Irish producer Wayne Duggan - an artist with impressive releases on RePublik Music and Electrik Cartel to date.

Next up on Motek we welcome V i v i d & Savvas who have teamed up for their ‘Primitive Spirit’ EP. Three tracks full of drive and rhythm through Tech to Techno. ‘Sea Of Clouds’, ‘Isle Of Farr’ and ‘Silver Tongue’ move through changing atmospheric impact, Sea Of Clouds, the slower of the three, grooves with smooth airy string pads, soft brassy lead textures and distant vocal moment. Isle Of Farr steps up in weight with a more chunky bass section and analogue leads. Depth is found in the live textures, washed in reverb, from acoustic guitar to oriental flutes. The final original track, Silver Tongue, takes on the darkest feel of the originals. Moody pad sounds under industrial hits add the foundations for a hypnotic repeating bell lead to roll along. This release comes with three remixes from Marc Poppcke, Wayne Duggan and Rolbac. Marc Poppcke has kept the same mood of Sea Of Clouds with airy soft pad voicing, whilst adding a rolling and ever developing intelligent arrangement. More use of the vocal parts and repartition within synth elements help fill the production alongside pulsing lead sections. Wayne Duggan has put his stamp on Isle Of Farr. Sharp ride hits and fast moving hats and shakers give the track a relentless drive all held together with a strong drone bass pad. The track is developed and raised with string pads heightening the tension. Finally Silver Tongue has been remixed by Rolbac. In real contrast to the original, Rolbac has taken the track into a more House direction. The bass line is doing the main part of the work by taking on the main melodic part whilst adding chunky groove features. Experimentation in glitchy lead effects bring strong focal points as the track develops

Born in Lahore Pakistan in the late 80's, Hassan Mallik has been obsessed with music from his early days, and discovered his passion for Electronica in the 2000's. 
Despite having very little exposure of electronic music in a country like Pakistan, where Electronic music was not very popular at the time he kept himself in line with international Dj’s and music trends all over the world.

Luis Couñago Luque, so der bürgerliche Name von MoM, griff zu den Kopfhörern und hörte sich die Nummer an: „Ich war total vom Sound der Flöten begeistert.“ Also nahm er sich der Nummer an, um einen Remix nach seinen Vorstellungen zu basteln. „Ich sprach mit meinem Freund ANuT (@soul-36), und wir begannen, mit dem Track herumzuhantieren." After taking a short pause, Pakistani artist Abeer Sheikh is back in the lime light with a sizzling electronica EP titled Rising Son, under his Biiro alias. Out December 11 on Toronto-based label Free the People, "Rising Son" holds dual meaning, paying tribute to his favourite Massive Attack track, while giving a nod to his new title of 'dad'.

Bertrand Faure-Brac started playing in bands in his home town of Montpellier when he was twelve. He also started experimenting with computer music and Fast Tracker 2 at the same age. Much later, he played in Parisian indie bands such as Hold your Horses! and Toy Fight, and opened for bands such as Phoenix and Nada Surf.

When he moved to London in 2012, he was introduced to a vibrant electronic music scene, shelved his guitars and got synths instead, creating the Birnam Wood project.

Now based in Paris, Birnam Wood makes melodic deep house and deep techno tracks with a dose of electronica, with influences ranging from Kraftwerk to Âme and Pantha du Prince. His DJ sets go beyond deep house and can include cosmic disco, old school techno as well as acid house tracks.

He is inspired by urban and natural landscapes and enjoys classic science fiction and fine dining.Birnam Wood released the track "Greenhouse" with the support of Deep House Paris in 2018, and then "OUT" with Trakmix in 2019.

The AZIMUT EP is his first EP. The EP kicks off with the highly danceable title song, which offers a unique mix of chromatic percussions, 'almost latin' percussions, and melancholic melodies.

•DenisJunky is a tourist who came to the world for a limited time and his favorite drink is Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster. The musical journey of DenisJunky starts from the early teenage years in 2010 with the electronic guitar. Starting from 2015, he started listening to dance music. After his researches and thanks to his DJ friend, he decided to learn mixing in 2019.  Although having a chance to play in an organized party in Germany, he doesn't have any other professional stage experience. That's why he calls as a "Garage DJ" for now. His aim to be a professional music producer and using his musical genre on dance music.

Instead of sticking to a specific style, he prefers to mix a variety of genres in his sets keeping the groove and dance spirit alive. He recently inspired by minimal sounds and Stephan Bodzin.
