There Is No Song You Play I Don't Like, Ever !!

This is the my fifth collaboration with Mr. HG Schmitz from Duisburg, Germany.
The inspiration for "When love is a stranger" came up from a  piano part that HG had created. 
I just loved the sound of  these fragtile piano notes and asked HG if I could compose a song on them.
When the song began to take form we asked Danny Roffe from Cumming, Georgia if he would join in and play some guitars on this track and boy he did....
Danny created the artistic "airy" guitars and played the brilliant solo in the end of the song.
I can't put it otherwise than say: It feels so good to have two top musicians in on this one! 
HG's pianopart was the ground stone for everything and Danny's  guitars lifted this tune to another level - beond what I'd ever thought it could be!

This is my very first release of a pure blues song here at Fanda. The instrumental was recorded in October 2012. Sent it over to Roger for a pre-listen. Wanted him to play some additional guitar stuff to it. He didn't  - because he thought there were no more guitars needed. 
But to my big surprise he came up with this vocal version of our tune a few days later.
