noisepowder recepy: cook wiks nose-inhalers (non-eu...but with ttip soon here as well) with a certain salt/cleaningacid and 50% water on a glassplate...for the exact amount of time until all liquid has gone...scrape the white leftovers...into well consumable units...transfer on short way to brain...make noise...
