💄 SHORT BIO 💄

Since his teens, Cobeia's been an avid listener collecting music mostly on Vinyl as well as CDs, Digital, MDs & Tapes. Growing up in a multicultural family & environment in Geneva, he lived in London from 96 to 99 before regular stays in Berlin in the 00's. Since 2001 he's been a DJ, a cultural actor & promoter. Among other journeys, he travelled extensively throughout Eastern Europe, North & East Africa and Southeast Asia, further expanding his music appreciation.

Since 2001 Cobeia has organized many electro-acoustic, folk-rock, experimental, electronic music events... before focusing on his main project:

EAV started as an outdoor summer series with great music in parks & by lakes/riversides + indoor parties. Nowadays events with concerts & DJs take also place throughout the year. 

2009 - 2015, EAV put up parties at @motelcampo with top-tier international & local guests. 

Events also took place in Berlin since 2015 at Urban Spree, Klunkerkranich, Sameheads, Internet Explorer, gART.n, Zenner, Loophole, Heiners...

2001 - 06: Part of a collective, Cobeia ran the wonderful alternative art space DUPLEX in Geneva, where he booked electronic & folk-rock live acts: SO (Oval), Hermann Düne, Julie Doiron, Goodiepal, Planningtorock, Modeselektor... & djs of various genres. 03 - 04 Worked at FORDE Art Space 

During the 2010s, he also did the JUKEBOX nights at Artamis & Motel Campo w/ Andrew Weatherall, Mr. Ties, Boris (Berghain), Tevo Howard, Kode9, Dj/Rupture, The Bug, Shadetek, Volcano the Bear, Colleen, Co La, Glass Candy, Desire, Chromatics...
