Every once in a while Dynamic Reflection likes to serve as a catalyst for young, upcoming production talent.

This thirteenth digital-only release, dubbed “Fertile Soil”, is a testament to that aim. 

Four fresh faces whose tracks we feel deserve to be heard. From Urbano’s stomper “Monomere” and Xhei’s equally rough “Where is the Groove”, to Zosima’s intricate “The White Canvas” and A. Picon relentless “Nightwalker”; there’s something for everyone’s taste.

'Signs' will come fully equipped not only with a stunning video directed by Ry X and Constantin Demner, but an arsenal of remixes from Kalabrese, Rødhåd and Radioslave (who also turn in a mix from their other guise Matom) to be released on white label early March.

This week's instalment of our 50WEAPONS Debut series comes from label veterans and longtime collaborators, Benjamin Damage & Doc Daneeka. Their first collaborative release was the "Creeper" 12", which got played out to a huge San Fran crowed by Modeselektor themselves. Damage & Daneeka subsequently signed to 50WEAPONS the very next day.

Five years on, they show their support in the final ten, poignant releases on the label, #40-50, by appearing on #42 alongside Bicep, as well as #48 with Truncate. For "Kansas", the duo keep it in the family, honing in on the familiar sonic world of whirring, mechanical techno. A sound that the Berlin-based label are well acclaimed for by now.
