Peace Awakening

I had the pleasure to DJ for a 🚀 Rocket Yoga session with 👨‍🚀 Tomas Tealdi in Café del Mar, Tarifa.

Following the energy and intensity of the practice, I weaved this soundscape in two parts:

Part I starts with a gentle male vocal singing to the plants, blended into an hypnotic soundscape, inviting us to be present in the moment with our breath in Pranayama.

At 00:25 the start of the drum lifts the energy up. On the gentle waves of downtempo we move and warm our bodies up in a smooth Vinyasa flow.

In part II the asana practice intensifies, carried by stronger and faster tracks until at 00:26, when the energy softens for a slower cool down, to finally merge into a deep Savasana at 01:03...

As those who know me know, I have a tremendous amount of reverence for the sacred plants of this earth and the myriad ways they support humanity's health, healing and awakening. In particular, the master teacher plants are incredible keys to transformation, illumnination and Divine Love... In a flash of awe and gratitude, this song came forth, in the early hours of the morning as I sat by the fire in contemplation.
