His unique approach and sound delivery have served to solidify him within the culture both locally and internationally. Having run his imprint Rubricate Records for over 5 years, supporting local producers as well as signing top tier internationals shows his dedication to the scene. SPLAH! Is a minimal roller, crafted with a maximalist approach. This tune contains different counter melodies, sharp drum work, funky stabs and a fun vocal sample. Mashed together into one banger, it provides DJs with this track on their USB’S an endless number of creative possibilities. Additionally, ravers and listeners who are fans of the more stripped down side of drum and bass will be delighted at the tracks evolution and drive. Heavy Sonics Records Launches the "Next Gen" Series with the first installment, showcasing emerging talent with a four track EP that has a bit of everything, while staying true to the core.

The "Next Gen" series is aimed at uncovering and promoting up and coming  talent in the underground scene and volume 1 sets the bar high for what's to come with four hand-picked tracks of the highest quality. 

The EP kicks off with the explosive "Letting Go" by newcomer Xscar. From the very first beat, this track delivers a massive build-up that culminates in a hard-hitting drop. "Letting Go" is a dancefloor destroyer, guaranteed to get the crowd moving and make an impact in any DJ set.
