In this song i seek to point out my troubles in understanding our world in regard to the many lives that have been lost due to man's disregard of another man's birth right.
I cannot understand why we have allowed governments to decide our faith when they are but a few and we are but the many.
I cannot understand how nations have invaded nations and the rest of us sit in silence.
I cannot understand how the very food and water we eat and drink is today a false reflection of itself and yet we continue to consume and die from diseases that have been deemed incurable when the truth is even medicine and diseases are a source of revenue to the evil ways of men so it must remain the same.
For me these and many more acts of man leave me wondering, but the greatest of all is why crucify those who speak truth.
Hopefully this changes a heart and mind

Coming off the heels of her participation and performance at The 2020 Bakanal de Afrique festival. Agyakomah officially releases the song she had created for it titled, "Take Me There".

"Take Me There" was written from the perspective of culture personified. Meaning, if culture was a person that could speak, and had emotions, what would it tell us humans who are the the drivers and responsible for keeping it alive throughout generations and spanning different locations.

And throughout writing the song the realization occurred that culture would say something like "Take Me There".
