New York DJ/producer Thando1988 was raised on club classics, giving him an appreciation for 70s-80s soul beyond his years. I see you is an intense dive into organised chaos. What begins as a dancy, light bop is quickly interrupted by massive saws and stabs which set the tone for this short but sweet entry by lau.ra. Repeating the line ‘I see you’ sends you into an electronic trip as sounds come out of nowhere and sneak to the front of the mix, transporting you up on your feet and instilling you with bounds of energy.
