This week Reinartz entrances us from the very first beat with a madly pleasurable journey of tension and release:

"To be blasted with music as a mechanism for healing after a period of forced emotional instability and extreme physical exhaustion. Lots of tension and release within this genre soup. Even if I'm playing music just for myself it has to be delicate and I have to make up some sort of story. This one is in constant movement, shapeshifting, warm and icy. I recorded this at home on a particularly nice day. Couldn't stop dancing the whole time."

Mexican-born, rave experimentalist Reinartz got into DJing at the old Sunday Club parties where he developed a sensitivity to the odd sides of rave music. With multiple releases and a monthly Threads radio show where he showcases sonic adventures of the "gelatinous" kind, he‘s set himself the task of fully immersing the dancer, always blending multiple styles and eras with a penchant for the weird, the fast, the cosmic and the absurd.
