"The Breath of Air" is the third release of katharsis, a new label focusing on emotionally charged music run by Copenhagen-based artist @jjjacob. This release is the third part of compilation trilogy featuring 30 different artists from all around the world. It follows the first compilation "The Flow of Water" released on May 21st and the second compilation "The Burn of Fire" released on June 11th.

The vibe of this compilation seems to fall between its two predecessors respectively tranquil and anxious moods. The ten artists of the record take you on a 40-minute contemplative journey of experimental and ambient music.

“Sub Rosa” is Dominio’s first compilation album since the beginning of its publishing activity as an independent label at the beginning of this year. It features contributions from a list of both old and new friends of the collective which have performed at some of the different concerts that they have organised over the last two years. “Sub Rosa” is a reflection of Dominio’s strong commitment with their local scene as much as their search for a wider projection through international connections. Ultimately, their goal is to stimulate a dialogue between their particular context and the rest of the world. The presence in this album of a high number of collaborative pieces is, too, a crystallisation of this dialogue. Most of these collaborations were created by correspondence during the 2020 March-August period, and shall provide a sample of the constant appearance, evolution and reshaping of projects around the collective.

The figures displayed in the album cover are the work of the Valencia-based sculptor Claudia Dyboski (IG: @dyboski).
