In the last 12 months cult Anjunadeep favourite Croquet Club has earned radio support from the likes of Zane Lowe, Danny Howard, Rob Da Bank and Monki with his quirky brand of electronica, as well as glowing praise from Mixmag, Indie Shuffle, Clash and Line Of Best Fit for his recent Jacuzzi EP.

Heavily influenced by the likes of Air and Bonobo, the man behind the moniker, Frenchman Jeremy Villecourt provides his own vocals once again over the gorgeous rising harmonies of “Only You Can Tell”, the opening track from the recent iTunes Dance Chart topping compilation “Anjunadeep 06”. 

Atmospheric textures, crisp stripped back percussion and a warm guitar riff swirl beneath the gentle vocal refrain, in another showcase of Croquet Club’s unique and inventive style.

In any case, in the great pool party in the sky, the big kidney pool never heats up with the summer sun, chimpanzee butlers on roller skates come by and refresh your drink whenever it gets low, and your knees and back are made of rubber so you can never lose a limbo contest no matter how low the bar. The grill is always open, and beautiful people gravitate towards you like wannabe actresses to new Instagram filters. And of course, all your pals are there: The Bearded Man, Grizzly Joe, Stinky Pete, and obviously, Sick Individuals and Stevie’s both Appleton and Wonder. To some, it’s a far-off fantasy land, to The Bearded Man, it’s home.

Following the success of Leo Islo's EP Golden Grave earlier this year, the release received some exciting remixes from the likes of Birdee, Jamie Prado and Cabinett. This collection of tracks provide a diverse collection of moods and sounds from Prado's soothing Playa Remix of ‘Blame’ to Birdee's stellar electro-disco refresh of ‘Euphoria’ rounded out by a piano happy dance rework of ‘Golden Grave’ by Cabinett. 

Inspired by his frequent trips to Colombia, Jamie Prado took inspiration from his latest visit to produce this beautiful remix that features delicate guitar riffs, hypnotic piano chords, and soft drum arrangements. Prado submerges the listener in a tranquil harmonic state of mind, allowing them to ponder and reflect on every word and beat.

Disco afficionado, Birdee lays down a thick rendition of ‘Euphoria’ with funky bass lines, reverberating electro guitar riffs, and rich dance floor rhythms. The track features an infectious groove that harkens to Daft Punk’s electro house style harmonizing with Islo’s signature vocals. This remix will have the listener nodding their head from the outset, bouncing along with to every note.

Cabinett returns to work on another Leo Islo track and his familiarity with the signer’s style seals the deal for this remix package with his rework of ‘Golden Grave’. Pulsating with bright piano chords and uplifting builds that really let Islo’s voice shine, this rework blends modern pop riffs with nu-disco horns and percussive layers that keep the energy flowing throughout the song.

Leo Islo - Euphoria (Birdee Remix)

Rising Finnish star @ronyrex dropped his highly praised debut EP "F*cked It Up" via @youthcontrol last month and it went straight to #2 on the Finnish iTunes Dance Album chart. The title track is a shimmering and housed up dance pop bomb that features vocals from indie pop outfit LCMDF.

Now, he's getting ready to unleash the remix version of the EP from which we get the @roisto remix of "Burn". Fellow Finnish producer Roisto has been praised by the likes of Thump, DJ Mag and Wired and has spawned the huge single "Apart In Love", which has picked up two million Spotify plays to this date and was licensed by Toolroom. 

His disco sounding remix is filled to the brim with warmth and colour, along with funked up guitar riffs that plays against the breezy vocals for this summer time number.
