The third studio project by the multi-faceted, multi-talented musician, yef. 
After the monumental successes of "Inspired" and "Hands On", yef returns for the third consecutive year with a substantially developed and mature sound, centred around afro-fusion, a genre highly inspired by his West African heritage.
In this project, the musician called upon artists locally and globally, from the likes of school friend and fellow singer Hennesse, to chart-topping Australian vocalist Takara. All feature to make a rich and harmonious body of work.
This project is spearheaded by the two super-tunes, 'biscuit mixer' and, more recently, ‘The iPhone Song’, which brought hundreds of thousands of eyes to yef’s lyrical creativity, along with ‘Namedrop’ - an intercontinental collaboration that exposed the US audience to yef for the first time.
After a freak accident which ruptured his hard drive in February 2021 (with his entire creative career progress on it), yef made it an instant ambition to return to music with a statement project which would showcase his true ability to the world. Thus, he crowned his album with the title, ‘Rebuilding An Empire’.
