After twenty years at the center of the electronic scene, the enigma that is Chloé still stands. While Chloé has long transcended her image as the “DJette” behind legendary club night Pulp, headlining the Rex as well as clubs and festivals throughout Europe, Endless Revisions represents yet another deviation from rigid genre classification, deepening the often-linear perspectives on current music. A rich and multi-faceted work, the artist’s captivating third album drifts from one mystery to the other, harkening back to philosopher Theodor W. Adorno’s maxim: “the task of art today is to bring chaos into order.”
Seven long years in the making, the follow-up to One in Other is only the third full-length by the artist, whose high standards translate into scarcity: “I did wait a while to make this album,” she confirms, “because I prefer not to impose deadlines on the full-lengths. To do so would stifle my creativity. Over the past few years, people have come up to me with interesting collaborations. I composed the score for Lidia Terki’s feature Paris La Blanche, worked with the Ircam for a live interactive installation, reinterpreted Steve Reich with percussionist Vassilena Serafimova... These opportunities forced me to leave my studio and encounter other people’s universes, which allowed me to grow. So today, I feel like I have new things to express.”
The time felt right for the producer to come up with a new opus: “the label was born out of a desire for emancipation, for self-assertion. Lumière Noire was the push to finish this new full length.” This third LP serves up Chloé’s music in its finest form – music that eschews the well-trodden paths of delight and seduction in favour of an experimental sensibility that puts motion before emotion. The title, Endless Revisions, refers to the constant work that goes into the gestation of the artist’s inner landscapes before they can be displayed for the audience. This sensory experience also serves as a mirror that she hangs for herself, each resulting track providing another step toward emotional equilibrium.
The idea with this new label, this new album, is to look towards the future.  This album represents who I am now, as I’m opening up to new horizons.”

Jenseits der üblichen Routen führt sie uns durch eine Klanglandschaft, deren vorbeiziehende Panoramen aus den Tiefen eines Wachtraums aufsteigen. Als wären wir ins Bild eines surrealen Malers gebummelt. Sowohl Coming Home als auch Miss the Light beziehen ihre emotionale Anziehungskraft aus selbstversunkenen Melodien und gehauchtem Gesang, im ersten Fall männlich, im zweiten weiblich. Wer nach einer etwas zackigeren Einsatzmöglichkeit für Coming Home sucht, wird mit dem angehousten Remix von Derun fündig. Wer auf verspielt-rhythmusbetonen Downbeat steht wird von Ahmet Atakan ganz vorzüglich bedient.

In the well-developed world of Downbeat, Bummelzug:Acht takes a different track. It leads us away from the usual routes into a soundscape full of picturesque panoramas that rise from the depths of a lucid dream. It feels very much like the walk-in version of a surreal painting. Both Coming Home and Miss the Light draw their subtle catchiness from mellow melodies and soft vocal parts, in one case a male, in the other a female one. If you’re looking for a somewhat more driving version of Coming Home, you’ll dig the housey uplift of the Derun remix. And if you’re into playful Downbeat grooves with a rhythmic soul, the Ahmet Atakan version delivers the goods.

Street kids all over the world have to suffer from hunger, fear and physical abuse. Even in a welfare state like Germany there are 2.500 children each year end up living on the streets where they have to expect neglect, beggary, prostitution, drug abuse and a criminal future. The reason why the run away are different but mostly they flee from domestic violence and a loveless social environment. 

To make a better future for the children possible David Rausch decided to donate the profits of his „Liebe EP“ to the Organisation „Off Road Kids“.

At the age of 15 he had to experience how it feels to be left to his own. „The issues of this EP have much to do with the self-worth of a human. That’s exactly what breaks down in these kids.“ So David. 
With „Liebe“ we present to you a special work where David processes this time and moreover unified his talent as a producer, guitarist, songwriter and singer. The 8-track EP contains features and remixes by Landhouse, Katabtu and Mangiac. 
David deeply touched us with the positive energy that he sourced of his negative experiences. He showed us again that you should never give up yourself. What unites us is the believe in the power of love.

Straßenkinder auf der Ganzen Welt müssen Hunger, Angst und Misshandlung erleiden. Sogar in einem Sozialstaat wie Deutschland landen ca. 2.500 Kinder jährlich auf der Straße, wo ihnen Verwahrlosung, Bettlerei, Prostitution, Drogenmissbrauch und eine kriminelle Zukunft drohen. Die Kinder - welche in allen Gesellschaftsschichten anzutreffen sind - reißen aus unterschiedlichsten Gründen von zu Hause aus, doch meist stecken Misshandlung in der Familie und ein liebloses soziales Umfeld dahinter. 

Um diesen Kindern eine bessere Zukunft zu ermöglichen hat sich David Rausch entschieden den Gewinn aus seiner „Liebe EP“ an die „Off Road Kids Stiftung“ zu spenden.

Er selbst war in genau dieser Situation und musste ab seinem 15. Lebensjahr erfahren wie es sich anfühlt auf sich allein gestellt zu sein. „Die Themen dieser EP haben viel mit dem Selbstwert eines Menschen zu tun. Das ist genau das was bei diesen Kindern zerbricht.“ so David. 
Mit „Liebe“ präsentieren wir euch ein besonderes Werk, indem David diese Zeit verarbeitet und zudem sein Talent als Produzent, Gitarrist, Songwriter und Sänger vereint. Die starke 8-Track EP wird dabei durch Features und Remixe von Landhouse, Katabtu und Mangiac unterstützt.
