This release means so much to me, I hope you can see why

The creation of this project all started when I learned about a woman named Wendy Carlos. She was one of two engineers who created the Moog Synthesizer. In 1970 she appeared on BBC to do a demonstration on how to use the synth and went on to perform “Switched-On Bach”, an absolutely mind blowing rendition; except, she didn’t look like herself, because she was dressed up as a man (wig, stick on side burns, etc.). Wendy Carlos is a transgender woman and has been since the 60’s. During the time of her debut album, she chose to disguise herself as a man out of fear for being judged by her pears and the public.

After learning about her life more, I was feeling a lot of emotions. Sadness, anger, confusion, yet also a sense of pride for this community. Wendy Carlos is a fucking badass for not only creating something that changed the projection of music, but also for being such a beautiful voice for the LGBTQ+ Community in a time where there was very few, especially in STEM.

I needed to put them somewhere so I made this fun weird little halftime/trap tune. :) 

No Bounds stands for the entire spectrum of gender, gender expression, sexuality, and most importantly…music.

"Bubblegum for the Brain" is a four track EP made by Yenny and @sirsteezwobbles . The title comes from a saying within Yenny's family; representing anything that is fun for your lil' noggin' to enjoy and relax to. Each track was made during a different season throughout the year which led to nature being a large inspiration. This EP was written with love, laughter, and growth. This EP really gives you a sneak inside to our friendship and like-minded creativity.
