Born in Crown Heights Brooklyn and also raised in Northside Jamaica Queens, Yesvern™ has the influence of the 80’s Hip Hop era where & when the essence begun. Doctors told his mother she couldn't & wouldn't conceive; and yet he was. While being birthed the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck.  His first breaths were obstructed and from the very start he was blessed to beat the odds. Yesvern™ is a true miracle baby. His love of Hip Hop began with the listening, reciting, and performing of LL Cool J’s “I Need Love”. As his love for Hip Hop grew, so did his ambition of contributing to the growing culture. At age 9, a near fatal accident occurred when he was struck on the forehead by a baseball bat. This left him unconscious fighting for his life, with a fractured skull, and on bed rest for a month. With having met near death on more than one occasion as a youth, he already had more to write about than most kids his age. He states, “My victories are greater than my struggles”. This approach is exactly why Yesvern™ brings you original music. As his first stage name Vern L.O.G.I.C he was known for and still is for his unique rap/sing combination since ’97. To date he has influenced some today’s top artists inadvertently. Greatly innovative before he knew he was.
By age 11, he was already writing R&B, Hip-Hop, & Pop songs - Daily! Yesvern™ would say that his gift for songwriting comes as a blessing because by age 17 he was up to 50 songs written/ arranged. He continued working on the craft of songwriting.  

This Emcee has hosted numerous open-mic showcases and promoted at various club venues along the east coast. Also, a Radio Personality (Vern Logic) at WHPC 90.3fm (NCC Radio) (Garden City, NY, ’08-‘09). Live on-air personality responsible for expanding the listening audience 17% in his tenure which catered to an audience ranging from age 18-80. By age 18 he understood many forms of songwriting. As his vocal skills improved, so did his love for songwriting and the craft of music. He met and networked under Hip-Hop heavyweight Swizz Beatz in ‘00. Yesvern™ states, “Swizz Beatz gave me my first look inside the industry and business surrounding the music business". As a graduate of I.A.R in New York, NY, Yesvern™ has sharpened his engineering, analog/digital skills and knowledge. Believed to have had ability to for melody at a young age is what separates his approach to engineering and producing. Top Engineers in the business of music have told Yesvern™ that he possesses "Golden Ears" in Hip-Hop and music to date. Honesty, balance, & versatility equal his lyrical ability and content. He is relentlessly working to share his voice and talents with the world. While an engineer intern at DaMatrixStudios in the Bronx, NY ’11-’12, He states “My experience being at such a reputable Hip Hop institution, and a staple for upcoming artists was an honor and a privilege”. 
Some of his influences include but are not limited to: Curtis Blow, Run DMC, Salt N’ Pepa, New Edition, LL Cool J, Naughty by Nature, Queen Latifah, Color Me Badd, 2 Pac, Biggie, Nas, Big Pun, DMX, Aaliyah, Lauren Hill, Snoop Dogg, KRS One, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, The Jackson 5, Aretha Franklin, Sam Cooke, Whitney Houston, Teddy Pendergrass, etc….
