Yevlum - A Wee Mixtape 5

It’s been a full 2 years since I last threw a mix together, so here’s one straight "off the cuff". Hit record and just fired through a random selection of whatever felt right in the moment.

Expect plenty of house flavours — flowy, groovy rollers, acidy twists, and stabby, punchy energy all the way through. Nothing planned, just instinct and whatever hit me as I went along.

Yevlum - Off The Cuff

Part 2 of the Great For The Town mix series.

3 months later I finally got back around to recording a mix of some of the tracks I've been gathering over lockdown. 

This one is of a totally different flavour, this ones on the more melodic side starting at 120 bpm and building its way up while trying to tell you a little story. Deep stuff to the Italo stuff, some breaks and finishing off with a trance classic that some guy called Laurent Garnier played in Cork back in the early 90s. The mix contains tracks from Brame & Hamo and Ill-defined, plus the intro features a clip from a documentary set in Sligo also. All this in keeping with the mixes namesake, sure it's great for the town!

Finishing out 2020 with a mix of italo disco, deep house, melodicy stuff. Not really able to label this one with a specific genre.

Anywho, DL's are enabled so ya can take it on the go. I hope ye like it. 

As with all mixes, if it helps you through your day, maybe takes ya on a wee journey be that inside your head or if it's just something playing in the background in the car from Bundoran to Belmullet (mix definitely isn't that long.. Then it's all worthwhile!
