Once, in a mystical land that never existed, there was a small village in the plains. There were many kind people living there, and everyone was happy. (A)But one day, a large black dragon comes to the town, burning most of the buildings. (B)Our hero, Yez, rises from the dust and swears to get revenge on the dragon. He gathers as many surviving followers as he can and equips them with bows and arrows, swords and shields, and some used magic, to fight the dragon. (C)A large battle occurs in the ruins of the town. (D)Yez and his team are forced to sneak through a cave and ambush the dragon. and the dragon flees. (E)However, Yez isn't finished. He swears he won't rest until the dragon is dead. Him and his followers begin a journey to follow the dragon to its nest, to slay it so it can never destroy anything ever again. (F)And thus, our journey begins...

Aggresive Dynamic Aftershock (DSaD ACT I SCENE I)

(G)As our hero and his crew journeys into unknown lands, his follows grow weary and tired. (H)One by one they start abandoning Yez, until (I)one man decided he would be a better leader than him. He tried many times to thwart Yez's efforts to keep the group moving, but he still pushed on. (J)After a while they approached a large cloud of mist and fog, and everyone was scared to enter. (K)But Kyle, the man who sought to end Yez's reign, decided that the captain should inspect the cloud to see if it was safe. Most people were tired and agreeing with Kyle, so they pushed Yez on, into the cloud. (L)Yez walked through the cloud for quite some time, until he found a clearing where he could see around him. There were giant, towering glowing mushrooms everywhere, the ground and sky glowed dark blue, and Yez was amazed. He ran back to tell his followers his findings, (M)only to find that they were no longer waiting for him outside the forest. Yez decided Kyle must have led them around the cloud, (N)so he pressed on, back into the forest.

Megaton Control Freak (DSaD ACT I SCENE II)

(O)Our journey continues as our hero voyages through the Forest of Mushrooms, as he comes across breathtaking views and strange creatures. (P)It begins to get dark, and Yez wonders how his group is doing without him, and if he will be safe by himself. He begins to think about what led him to start this dangerous quest, and why the others came with him. (Q)Revenge.

        (R)As the night gets nearer, Yez begins to feel like he is being followed. He decides to ignore it and keep going, but he can't get over the feeling. (S)He reaches a point in the forest where the mushrooms turn back to regular trees, there is no more glow, and it is nothing but darkness. (T)Yez looks back at the mushroom forest, and begins to wonder how such a place came to be, and there, (U)he saw a shadow in the glowing grass, turn around and run back into the spore cloud.

Forest of Mushrooms (DSaD ACT I Scene III)

(V)Yez decides it would be wise to set up a small camp in the forest, as he was growing more and more fatigued. He built a fire, and made a hammock out of vines. (W)He lays in his hammock looking up at the stars. (X)After a while of gazing, he begins to see things, colors in the sky, shooting stars, birds and bats. (Y)After a while of dreaming, he is awoken by the sound of thunder and rain. He jolts up and takes shelter underneath the hammock and waits until the rain stops. (Z)When it does, he restarts the fire pit, and goes back to sleep, longing for morning so that he may continue his journey.


Celestial Ambition (DSaD ACT I SCENE IV)

(AA)The quest continues as Yez journeys through the lively, bright forest. After a long while of walking, the forest ends and turns into giant fields of grass. (BB)But in this field, in the dead center, was a giant tree, at least 100 meters tall. It was as thick a house, and appeared to have a large door in the front of it. (CC)Yez began thinking, as he always did, and thought about how can there be something so horrible as dragons and death when there are things so beautiful such as nature and giant trees? (DD)But as he was thinking, he got an uneasy feeling in his stomach. (EE)He was worried, and he turned around, to see Kyle, and the rest of the crew (far fewer than when they left)standing there. Kyle was holding a crossbow to Yez's head. (FF)But just as he was about to fire, a large creature jumped out of the forest and tackled Kyle. The creature snarled and growled s it ripped the crossbow out of Kyles hand, and killed him. The creature was a blueish glowing color, and Yez realized this had to be the creature watching him in the Forest of Mushrooms. It must have been protecting him all this time. Yez grabbed the crossbow and realized the rest of the gang had either passed out or ran away (and passed out somewhere else). (GG)Just when Yez thought he was safe, he heard a loud roaring, and looked up to see the black dragon circling the top of the tree. Yez remembered all the hatred he had for that dragon, so he and the glowing dog (which he later named Torch)  ran strait toward the giant door, determined to climb the Tree of Ancients.

Tree of Ancients (DSaD ACT I SCENE V [LAST SCENE])

(A)As Yez stepped into the Tree of Ancients, the large door slammed behind him, leaving him in utter darkness. Well, it would have been dark, if it wasn't for Torch. He illuminated the wooden tunnels, to reveal a wooden cave-like room with two tunnels leading out.(B) He could see symbols and patterns chiseled into the wooden walls, and with Torch's light, Yez saw beautiful crystal formations in the ground beneath him, long vines hanging from above, and giant flowers sprouting out of the walls. As he looked around the caves he noticed more and more art on the walls, and what appeared to be writing in a foreign, ancient language. He decided to go to where the drawings begin, and look at all of them to see if it was some kind of story.(C)He began studying the pictures one by one, and discovered that it had portrayed a dragon destroying a city and a man, the hero it seemed, rising up to seek vengeance on the dragon. He read about the challenges this hero faced, a Mushroom Forest, his friends betraying him, and soon, Yez reached a large drawing of a tree, presumably the Tree of Ancients. (D) Yez realized that this story was all about him, his journeys and troubles, it was like a prophecy. The hero in the pictures then walked through the door, and was faced by a giant beast. (E)The moment he saw this drawing, a loud voice boomed in Yez's head, saying "Hero, to pass through to the heart of the Tree of Ancients, you must first pass this test. Look at the two tunnels on the other wall. You must choose the correct tunnel to reach the heart. Good luck." Yez looked back at the chiseled drawings and noticed that everything after that picture had been scribbled out. (F)Yez had to think very hard to make this decision. He knew nothing about either door, so he chose a random one. He went through the left tunnel. As we walked through the doorway, he heard a rumbling sound. (G)Just as he thought he chose the wrong tunnel, giant mossy boulders mixed with giant logs and branches rained around from the ceiling around him, preventing his escape. However, just as he was about to be crushed by a log, the wall of debris exploded open, as he saw Torch, in a giant, muscular form blow down the wall with his bare paws. (H)Torch helped Yez escape from the tunnel and soon they made it back to the center room. After a moment of heavy breathing, he gave Torch a huge hug, and thanked him. (I) They then proceeded to venture through the tunnel on the right, and near the end of the tunnel they were met with a great light, and they realized they were following the tunnel deeper into the ground. (J)They soon reached a giant cave with a door at the other end, the walls lined with the Tree's roots, all leading and connecting to a giant green orb, surrounded by roots. He realized this was the Heart of the Tree. He marveled at the sheer beauty and perfection of the Heart, and felt a sort of life-giving aura being emitted from it. (K)Yez stepped closer to the heart, and felt the aura flow around him, as he reached out and touched the Heart, he felt the aura flow through him, turning into power and energy. He felt invincible, like nothing could hurt or touch him. (L)He looked at the wall of the cave and noticed more drawings and writing, so he decided to go read what they had to say, with Torch following close behind.

Hardwood Caves (DSaD ACT II SCENE I)

This part of the story revolves around our hero Yez marveling at all the ancient drawings and stories on the walls around him, as well as him exploring the cave. There is no definite story here, at least not one that goes along with the music. I will tell you what is written upon the large stone walls however. So just sit back, enjoy the music, and read a bunch of stuff.

As we already know, Yez's adventure so far has been part of a prophecy. We don't know his future however, because that part of the story was not shown in the entrance room. However, many drawings in this large cavern depict Yez going through many events and struggles. According to one of the pictures, Yez is supposed to... fall in love? Yez had never been a romantic, and didn't really seeing himself falling in love at least any time soon. He decided to just let it go, maybe he WOULD find someone to fall in love with. As Yez looked at all the drawings, his companion Torch began barking. Yez looked around, and saw that scratch marks had begun to slowly appear on the stories. He didn't know what to think of it. As he reached towards one of the marks to inspect it he felt a sharp burn in his finger. He couldn't even get close to the scratches. Soon, most of the pictures were scratched out, some more than others. He looked around and saw that the ones that depicted his far away future were scratched out even more. But what really caught Yez's eye, was that on the one where he fell in love, it was as if the rock had been torn off the wall, much more intense than any other of the pictures. Yez found this very peculiar but again, decided to shrug it off. He decided he didn't need to there anymore, as all his future was scratched out. He made his way to the tunnel across from the one he entered through, and continued his journey...
