After years of producing music together, Owen Jay and Melchior Sultana finally present a full length album. This album sums up their love and knowledge for deep house music by delivering a blend of originality, shifting away from the usual grooves that one might expect to find on a deep house album.
Starting off with a funky groover titled The Mystery About You, the 11 tracks create a unique journey. Tracks such as A Mild Winter, Jackin and My Mind which will surely tear up a dance floor when dropped at the right time. Moreover, it explores deeper waters, with tracks such as The Seeker, Cosmic and Without You which will be appreciated by those who read between the lines.
Atmospheric pads, evolving rhythms, dubby chords, portamento sounds and modular experiments all come together to form this interesting and fresh album - Dream Landscape.

The Watercolors is a quiet/loud  and philosophically searching sound, exploring paradox and dissolution, bubbles and breath, the transfixion of the pressures within the organism, new creation, new sun viz. etc, the future of earth and animals in the sanctuary of a biosphere. It dwells at the crossroads of synthetic and natural, jazzy chords and hip-hop beats, inspiration and craftsmanship, pop and space. This album sounds like a future where all the landscapes of the past are available for exploration in the simulator cube. Wobbly things come in parades of costumed creatures whose identities split and morph in the wake of the songs's narrator, a jagged pink crystal, machines rumble in the veins, birdsong glitches in the disheveled cleavages of organ tone, garden ships hover above clearings where pretty fractals and trembling radiant nanoplants blossom, Blade Runner skyscrapers rise up from the fog of the morning in the metropolis. The vertiginous altitude of hearts and lusts, Western-y high notes reinforced concrete monolithic panopticon showering light, host to a little piano bar on top. All the instruments provoked from sluggishness by EROS and SORROW. Time does the jitterbug as the Congo barges in. Horns and mirrors. The Watercolors takes place in Claude Monet's Giverny landscape during the year 2125 on a languid, humid later summer day when you unzip your lover's iridescent environment suit while discussing the age old problem of free will.

"I made that track in a phase in which I was quite isolated and almost entirely focusing on making music. The name comes from video game character Raiden (Metal Gear Solid). He always had this alienated/outcast vibe which is something I think a lot of Artists can relate to. There is a lot of fear and unresolved emotions in him of which’s origin he doesn’t even really know until details of his past are revealed later on. 

So what the track actually means to me is that I had a lot of fear to face shit inside myself which inevitably came to the surface in those states of isolation and deprivation. All of that was triggered by some really challenging psychedelic experiences which left me being quite detached from reality and having panic attacks for months subsequently. But contrary to my beliefs at that time i found that there is a lot of peace and a sense of spaciousness to be found in those areas of oneself as soon as one manages to surrender. I guess what the track gave me was some relief when I really needed it."
