6head_slug is a Melbourne based hardtechno DJ/Producer/Promoter, who has been bringing his own unique blend of hard and funky beats to Melbourne's dance floors over the past 16 years.
The beat of the drum and his love for music has driven him from a young age, although it wasn't until 2004 when he brought a set of turntables and his first few records, did he realize that it was what he wanted to do with his life.
Since then he has been refining his sound, and pushing forward in the hope of inspiring others, preaching that 'you don't need to change who you are to fit in in this world...'
In June of 2008 he started "No sleep till bedtime...", a series of parties catering for the harder styles of dance music, which has since played host to some of of Melbourne's best local talent, and special guest interstate DJ's.
2023 sees 6head_slug more focused than ever, as he uses his [nstbt_podcast] series and digital labels to help push the harder sounds of techno in Melbourne, and to share the sounds of Melbourne with the rest of the world!

Raúl Vera aKa Yhare, nace en Caracas, Venezuela el  29 de Marzo de 1985.

Desde el año 2002 empieza a sentir su pasión por el acid techno. Pero es  en el 2004 cuando surge un gran interes  por las mezclas, viendo como los dj’s de esa época hacían vibrar al público mediante la musica electronica del momento.

Es justo ahi donde, empieza a mezclar totalmente autodidacta en casa con softwares de audio para Djs, buscando la esencia de la mezcla, hasta que llega el punto en que el oído se agudiza y se convierte en la guía para mezclar, haciendo pequeñas fiestas entre amigos en casas o apartamentos para esa época. luego se compra sus tornamesas para perfeccionar la técnica, el viaje, lo que implica hacer una mezcla. 

Escuchando un día en una disco un estilo de música más fuerte como lo es el Hard Techno sintio, que ese era su sonido, velocidad, técnica, precisión y armonía provenientes de ese estilo con velocidades entre 150bpm y 155bpm algo que nunca había escuchado, para el 2005 -2006 ya fanático de la mayoría de los estilos que comprenden la música electrónica empieza   a investigar los softwares de producción musical, tales como FL Studio, Ableton y Reason, donde comienza de lleno a producir sus propias pistas con los estilos, hard techno y Acid techno, apoyandose mediante  tutoriales online, donde avanza haciendo su propia música y definiendo un sonido propio. Con el tiempo comprende y controla el Reason y desde entonces ya son  casi 8 años de manipulación donde a  logrado conseguir y publicar algunos temas como son That Good – Journey entre otros y en distintos sellos internacionale, consiguiendo el apoyo del publico y amigos buscando la esencia de transmitir un mensaje positivo dentro de sus canciones para así llevar al público a un viaje inolvidable.

Actualmente actua independendiente aportando ideas al movimiento y a la cultura raver underground de venezuela. considerado uno de los productores mas potentes en cuanto a producción musical y uno de los mas  activos de la escena Hardtechno en Venezuela por su estilo unico y definido.
