DARK AMBIENT - DEEP STATE

The first draft of Track 4 of "The Spider Monkey Chronicles". This song takes place after "Ground Zero". Gillian tries to seek answers to why his planet was destroyed. He tracks down an abandoned cult lab in the far reaches of space. This song is his descent into the mysteries and horror of the alien lifeforms that burrowed deep inside of various planets. He learns that the cult is more widespread than just one planet. They seek to awaken all of the alien lifeforms.

Yikii composes, arranges, produces, mixes, sings, writes lyrics, and designs album covers for all her music.
​    Since 2017, she has released over ten entirely self-produced albums. Her style has evolved into a complex fusion, consistently showcasing a sleek dichotomy between nightmarish atmospheres and grandiose explosions of energy. Yikii has continually experimented with somber piano music, ethereal vocals, horror sound design, distorted hardcore kick drums, terrifying noise, nursery rhymes, and more. She sometimes writes lyrics in a self-created language, expanding the imaginative space of her music. Although her music often leans toward melancholy, she focuses more on the faint glimmers of light that remain within the darkness. A rich sense of imagery reveals a strange world.
    From a young age, Yikii studied voice and piano. Upon acquiring her first computer, she began teaching herself music production using Logic Pro. Her creative impetus is drawn from nightmares, psychological trauma, and a longstanding fascination with science fiction literature.
    Yikii lives an isolated life, rarely socializing with humans and spending more time with animals. When tormented by the nihility of existence and immersed in nothingness, she creates music and poetry as a refuge, exploring dreams of the organic and inorganic beyond reality.
    During solitary walks, she often carries a recording device, capturing ambient sounds to incorporate into her works as "living music." She believes that these recorded moments are key clues to time travel.
    Yikii no longer performs live, having realized that her main style of music is unsuited to this format. The pressure of human crowds has become unbearable for her, both physically and psychologically.
