2003년 난 컴퓨터 음악이라는걸 처음으로 접하고

그 시절 집에 있던 Casio 키보드를 
그때 당시에는 큰돈이었던 (지금도 큰돈이지만) 
$200 이상이 되는 돈을 주고 장만했던 SoundBlaster Audigy2에 
어딘가로 부터 구해온 1/4" 케이블로 직접 연결을 한 뒤, 

어린시절에는 모두들 당연하게 생각했던것 처럼
느린 인터넷으로 어렵게 구한 Sonar 2를 이용해서 
멀티트랙이라는 개념을 처음으로 알게 되었을때 

미디도 아닌 오디오로 
실시간 연주를 해가며 
트랙을 하나 둘 쌓아가면서 
점점 곡이 완성이 되어가는 희열을 느꼈었다.

지금 다시 들어보면 박자도 잘 안맞고 
믹싱이라는 개념이 전혀 없었던 시절이라 

음질도 정말 별로지만

음악이라는것이 가지고 있는 가장 큰 힘들중 하나로

마치 그때로 다시 돌아간 것 같은 
가슴 울렁거리는 느낌이 들게 해준다

그렇게 약 17년전 처음으로 만든 

그 이름도 찬란한 나의 첫 곡
